Cumbria County Careline helps people to maintain their independence by allowing them to remain in their own homes with the peace of mind that help is on hand at the press of a button.

 

For a small fee the service assists people to live independently at home with the minimum of risk
and provides reassurance to them and their families that immediate help is on hand at all times at the press of a simple button.

 

We provide an emergency alarm unit and a push-button pendant which, when pressed, alerts the trained staff in our 24/7 Emergency Response Centre.

 

We offer two levels of service:

 

  • 24/7 Monitoring Only
  • 24/7 Monitoring & Response

 

The Monitoring Service:

 

Your system will be monitored by our fully trained staff 24 hours a day 365 days a year. In the event you activate the alarm we will try to establish the nature of the emergency and call one of your pre-arranged contacts to come out to you.

 

The Response Service:

 

We will send one of our responders out to any emergency where we assess if a client is at risk from:

 

  • Medical emergencies. 
  • Falls. 
  • Distress.
