Full or half day, Monday to Friday. 

Assessment to develop a personalised plan and participation in a range of individual or group activities (eg crafts, chair exercise, quizzes, discussions, digital awareness etc) to meet needs & preferences. Aim is to build confidence, enhance independence, support rehabilitation programmes and address social isolation. Also provides carer's respite.

Suitable for anyone aged 60+ with sensory, physical or mental impairment and particularly early dementia, who needs extra support from a trained staff member.

Lunch is available and transport can be arranged on request.
