What the service offers

 

An individual support plan to help you achieve your goals. A worker will support a small group of people to come together and take part in an activity of their choice. 

 

The group might decide to meet for coffee or lunch, go for walk, visit a place of interest, go to the theatre or pursue a mutual interest or hobby.

 

 

How to access this service

 

Ask your social worker to refer you or you can make your own private arrangements by calling our help line.

 

 

Transport

 

Your support worker will either transport you in their car, accompany you on public transport or arrange transport for you. There will be a charge for transport

 

 

How to Pay

 

You can:

 

  • Use your individual budget
  • Use direct payments
  • Pay for yourself
